The ONLY Trailhead at Black Mountain Recreational Park where no highway travel is required to reach the ATV park. Harlan County Campground is located right on Trail 45.

We also have cell phone service and free wireless internet in our lower campground and RV site area.

On-site 2 stage Air Compressor, Welder and Torches available. We also have an on-site pressure washer (token operated).

Riding gear, permits, maps, camping supplies, refreshments, ice and snacks are available on site at our trail shop. Come in and check out the great deals on helmets and goggles.

Included with all tent and RV sites is the use of our two bathroom and shower facilities. They are also wheelchair accessible. We also recently built a new shower house with six individual bathrooms and a Laundry room.
