Rental Policy

In the event of contract violation or Damage to the Cabin Property or Contents, We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damage to the cabin or its contents or any contract violation this includes but not limited to Pet fees, Smoking violation fees, excessive cleaning fees, damage to linens or missing items and/or contents.

Hot tub covers will be inspected after each rental. Damages to any cover will result in a $250.00 charge.

Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from chalets due to negligence.

• Minimum Stay is two nights on weekends.
  
  
• Check-In Time is 3 PM, however sometimes you may be able to get in earlier. Our cabins are usually available for check-in by 3 PM; however, during peak times, there may be a slight delay and your patience is appreciated
  
  
• Check-Out Time is 11 AM; however, additional days may be available. Please call our office if extensions of check-out time or length of stay are desired.
  
  
• Pets. Pets are no longer allowed in the rental cabins, sorry for the inconvenience.
  
  
• Smoking Policy. Please--No smoking in the cabins. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if a guest is found in violation.
  
  
• Guest Responsibilities. Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from chalets due to negligence.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy & Refunds. We require a 5 day cancellation notice or $50 will be charged to your credit card.
  
  
• Refunds for Early Departure. No refunds for early departure for any reason including weather conditions, as we have reserved these days for your enjoyment.
  
  
• Deposit. A credit card number will be required to hold cabin rental reservations and kayak rental reservations.
  
  
• Late Arrival. If you plan on arriving after our businesses hours you must pay for your entire rental in full via credit card by phone
  
  
• Cleaning Fee: There is a $15 per cabin cleaning fee.
